My Journey
Early in my recruiting career, I immersed myself in the fast-paced world of sales and IT staffing, learning how critical a single hire can be. Over time I honed a specialty in technical recruiting—working closely with engineers, product teams, and hiring managers to understand not just job titles, but the deeper technical skills and cultural fit required for success.
My experience spans from high-growth startups through to Fortune-level enterprises. I’ve led sourcing strategies across infrastructure, core software, and machine learning realms, built high-performance recruiting pipelines, and mentored teams to deliver results at scale. This breadth equips me to serve companies of all sizes seeking world-class talent.
Why I Launched Nextgen Talent
I founded NextGen Talent to fill a gap I saw in the recruiting market — the need for a partner that truly understands Machine Learning and Backend Engineering and treats talent-acquisition as a strategic lever for growth, not just transactional recruiting. Based in Austin, TX but operating nationwide, our mission is simple: to build trust, move fast, and deliver hires that matter.

Outside the Office
When I’m not working with clients or candidates, you’ll find me soaking in Austin’s tech community—whether that’s attending meetups on machine learning, chatting with engineers about distributed systems over coffee, or exploring the great outdoors around Texas. I believe the best ideas often come when you step away from the screen and let your mind roam.
